Our facility will be providing Biodiesel to wholesale
distributors and transportation fleets when this ecological program
gains local approval.
We will also serve retail customers
with household and industrial biodiesel heating fuel at that time.

Our Process of Converting Used Vegetable
Oil to Biodiesel
Unfortunately, unprocessed vegetable oil is not an ideal fuel
to be used directly in diesel engines or heating systems. Fortunately,
the manufacturing process to produce biodiesel is truly environmentally
friendly. The process uses little energy to transform the vegetable
oil into the fuel and all byproducts of the transformation are
commercially useful and ecologically green.
We pre-condition the used vegetable oil from restaurants to remove
water and other foreign food particles.
The conditioned vegetable oil is transformed
into biodiesel via a process called transesterification with methanol
and a base. The excess methanol is recovered and the product is
separated and washed. Ultimately, process generates three products;
biodiesel, glycerin and fertilizer salts. The glycerin (body lotion
base) and fertilizer salts (agricultural product) are also eco
friendly products and are sold as well.
Nothing is wasted from this conversion process.
